Every week I gather the latest news from Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and other Disney parks to help you keep up with all of the changes. Here is the most recent Disney news for the week of Feb. 25-March 3, 2019:
1. So Many Galaxy’s Edge Details
This week, a lot of information dropped about Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opening this summer at Disneyland and in the fall at Disney World, including food and beverage, merchandise, and attractions details. I’m going to list some important links that you should definitely check out, because there’s just way too much information to list out in this particular news recap:
–Food and beverage locations
–Food and drink details
–Cast Members costumes
–What the land looks and feels like (certain individuals and media were given a sneak peek!)
–Details about the attractions
–Merchandise
2. ‘Cars’-Inspired Logos For Hollywood Studios’ Anniversary
This year is Hollywood Studios’ 30th anniversary and the park is partly celebrating with some new logos (one with Mickey and Minnie was already released). This week, Disney Parks Blog revealed two new logos that are Cars-themed. One logo features Mater and the other is of Lightning McQueen. Seeing as Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy debuts at the park on March 31, these particular logos are definitely appropriate.
