Sharing this throwback today because this is how I Sharing this throwback today because this is how I thought I’d feel following my second dose of the vaccine. Thankfully, right now, only my arm hurts.

I’m truly grateful to be fully vaccinated. It gives me hope and makes me feel better about the future. I’m actually excited to see people I haven’t in a long time. Plus, I really want to have a fun summer and now I feel like I can, while also continuing to be as safe as possible.

P.S. I can’t believe I used to visit the parks without any Disney apparel or accessories. What was wrong with me?! Thankfully, I’ve grown and changed for the better. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️😆
I shared this yesterday on my story, but I really I shared this yesterday on my story, but I really need French Quarter to reopen this summer — or sometime soon. 🤞 Whenever it does, here are just a few reasons why you should book a reservation:

💜 The beignets! Need I say more?

💚 The size: it’s small and I love that, especially after a busy park day with crowds. Also, staying at a smaller resort is nice for first-timers. Those bigger resorts can sometimes be overwhelming.

💛 It’s charming, quiet, and has amazing views of the Sassagoula River. It makes me happy just thinking about it.

💜 While there is bus transportation, you can also hop on a boat to Disney Springs. It’s so relaxing!

💚 It’s located right next to Riverside (it’s sister hotel), so you can walk right on over if you want to explore another resort. The walking path is along the river and it’s perfect.

I could go on and on. What’s your favorite Disney World hotel?
One of my favorite new spots to hang is the EPCOT One of my favorite new spots to hang is the EPCOT entrance plaza. 🌐 From the new soundtrack, flags, fountain, pylons, and nighttime perimeter lighting, this area is all-around fantastic. 🤩 I spent a lot of time here during my last trip just sitting, people-watching, and taking it all in. It’s like the new Main Street, but at EPCOT.
This is an appreciation post for Nomad Lounge at A This is an appreciation post for Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom. If you’ve never taken time to try this serene spot that has one of my favorite beers and meals at the park, you definitely need to do.

📍You can find it on your right in Discovery Island before you cross the bridge into Pandora.

🪑 There is both outdoor and indoor seating. But, if you sit outside, you have views of the Discovery River and can watch the character flotillas float on by. It’s the perfect spot!

🍔🍟 My favorite meal is the Impossible Sliders. So flavorful! Plus, it comes with Yucca Fries that in my opinion are better than French fries.

🍺 I always get the First Magnitude Wakulla Hefeweizen beer and it is super refreshing.

⏰ This usually gets a line, so I always like to arrive early around 10:30 a.m. or 30 minutes before opening. Not only is it a good idea to eat at off-peak times at Disney to avoid crowds, but if you want to make sure you get into Nomad, why not go early? Also keep in mind that they don’t take reservations and there is a Walk-Up list you can join via the My Disney Experience app.

Have you ever tried Nomad Lounge?

I saw this quote yesterday and thought I’d share it here. It really resonated with me as someone who has anxiety and overthinks a lot.

“The practice of staying present will heal you. Obsessing about how the future will turn out creates anxiety. Replaying broken scenarios from the past causes anger or sadness. Stay here, in the moment.” — S. McNutt

I know this is easier said than done, but it’s something I’ve been trying to practice lately. Sending you all of the good vibes today and always! 💚

Today is a special day! It’s Magic-Ally Main Str Today is a special day! It’s Magic-Ally Main Street’s 3rd anniversary. I can’t believe I started my blog three years ago. It seems like I’ve been doing this forever — and in a good way. To think how far I’ve come since deciding to shift my career towards Disney parks coverage, makes me really happy. I’ve already accomplished so much. I’m definitely looking forward to the years ahead! 🥳💜
🚎 We first learned in January 2021 that Magical 🚎 We first learned in January 2021 that Magical Express will no longer offer service beginning with arrivals Jan. 1, 2022.

It’s still unclear if Disney will offer a new form of transportation (complimentary or not) for guests traveling between their Disney Resort hotel and MCO (the Orlando International Airport). ✈️

➡️ BUT what we do know is that Mears, the third party operator of Disney Magical Express, has announced its own service — Mears Connect.

This will provide transportation between MCO and Disney World area resorts beginning January 2022.

You can make reservations for Mears Connect starting May 2021. Pricing isn’t available yet.

@carlyewisel also confirmed with Mears that they will continue to handle luggage on board their buses for customers.

Stay tuned for more details!

As many times as I visit the parks, I still look like a tourist — and I’m totally ok with that. 😎 I’m all about comfort, especially with all the walking I do.

P.S. You can find this set of wings in the America pavilion at EPCOT. They originally debuted for Festival of the Arts, but they’re still there for Flower and Garden. 💚💫

P.P.S. This fan is a life-saver during those hot Disney days. I have an affiliate link in my bio, if you need to make a purchase for your next trip! 🥵
